How do I get started?
I offer an initial consultation to evaluate your needs and see if we're a good fit. Coaching begins once an invoice is issued and full payment is received. Additional hours and services can be added at anytime.

What types of packages do you offer?
I offer various options depending on where you are in the process and customize packages based on the services needed. We'll work together to assess this during the consultation process.

When and how will we meet?
We'll schedule video and/or in-person meetings at a mutually convenient time & location. We'll determine a timeline based on your goals, and our pacing will be modified as needed.

When will I have access to my coach?
You will have access during in-personal and virtual meetings. All service packages also include access to me (virtually) between meetings or as questions arise.

What forms of payment do you accept?
I accept online payments through Venmo or PayPal, and can also accept personal or bank-issued checks. I am not able to accommodate credit card payments at this time.

Do you offer guarantees or refunds?
We aim to provide exemplary service, but are not able to provide guarantees (no one can in admissions!) or offer refunds. We will work together to create a well-balanced school list and the strongest application possible so that you're well-positioned for success.
